Four people – a man, woman and two youths – were honored by the Prescott Area Leadership (PAL) as 2018 Leaders of the Year. Those chosen were Ryan Peach, Prescott Male Youth of the Year; Joe Baynes, Prescott Man of the Year; Karin Ward, Prescott Woman of the Year; and Kateri Wrublik, Prescott Female Youth of the Year.
