Jeanne Kochan, an 87-year-old Prescott Valley resident, is planning to graduate from Northern Arizona University with her bachelor's degree in May 2015. Along with her cap and gown, Kochan plans to wear her customary smile as she celebrates her achievement. “Life has been very good to me.
