YC Considering Four-Year Degrees
Yavapai College (YC) leaders are taking advantage of an opportunity made available when the Arizona Legislature passed Senate Bill 1453 and House Bill 2523 allowing Arizona community colleges to offer four-year degrees. Gov. Doug Ducey signed the legislation in May, which offers state community colleges the option to consider such degree programs. Elinski Named Yavapai College Program Director for SBDC
Longtime Cottonwood resident Ruth-Ellen Elinski has been named program director for the Yavapai College (YC) Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Elinski moved into that position in early August. She earlier had been a certified business analyst at YC, according to a college news release.
