Phase 1 of site work for a multiphase, multimillion-dollar retirement community called Touchmark at the Ranch is underway. Infrastructure sufficient to begin construction on cottages and the clubhouse will be complete by January of 2016, according to Touchmark Executive Vice President Tom Biel.
