A Prescott Valley native, Jim Porter has worked in the area for 22 years for the mechanical contractor involved in the installation of the HVAC at The Landings of Prescott Valley. It’s an understatement to say Jim knows this beautiful building from top to bottom and from inside to out. Jim served in the Marine Corps for four years on duty in the West Pacific.
