Fire Season is Upon Us
Wildland fire season is already well underway in the Prescott area. Every year, I like to remind our citizens about the vast resources that are available to prevent and fight wildland fires. These plans will not only improve the chances for successful treatment and recovery for … [Read more...] about Improving the Quality of Care in Recovery Group Homes

At the outset, I want to make clear my purpose and intent for the proposed business license is solely as a registry – not a means to regulate or restrict business development. The annual fee, to ensure that the registry is complete and up to … [Read more...] about How Does a Business License Fee Help Prescott?
Focusing on Economic Development, Jobs, Water in the New Year
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful people of Prescott for the trust you have placed in me to serve as your mayor. That trust brings with it a great responsibility to care for our community’s best interests. I am also grateful to the many people who have supported me and provided encouragement along the way; I look forward to their continued support of the city as we grapple with the financial and quality of life challenges we face. I would be remiss if I did not … [Read more...] about Focusing on Economic Development, Jobs, Water in the New Year
