The Journey Program is a collaboration between Juvenile Justice and Polara Health. This program has been in existence for more than 15 years. Journey services youth ages 15-18, who have an identified substance use issue. Many of them have mental health concerns as well as academic concerns. It is a one-of-a-kind program in Arizona.
