Construction Underway for Whispering Rock Project
Those driving north on Willow Creek Road toward Pioneer Parkway cannot miss seeing bulldozers, graders, trucks and other earth-moving equipment clearing a large plat of land for the new commercial subdivision, Whispering Rock.
