The Phippen Art Museum is hosting “If Horses Could Talk: The Art of Bill Nebeker” through July 24. “It’s one of our popular recent exhibits, for sure,” said Executive Director Edd Kellerman. Nebeker Selected to Sculpt Bronze Statue Honoring Fallen Officers
One of America’s most renowned Western artists, Bill Nebeker, was selected to create a bronze sculpture as a memorial to officers who have lost their lives in service of citizens of Yavapai County.
