CenturyLink, Inc. is offering a free educational seminar series starting this month in partnership with the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce and Quad Cities Business News.
Workshops will highlight the impact of technology on Prescott businesses and are being conducted 4:30-6 p.m. every other Wednesday starting July 15 through September at the Spring Hill Suites.
The first training session will focus on sales. It is scheduled for July 15 with speaker, executive coach and business consultant Ron Marks.
Marks will discuss how to shorten the sales process, and how to ask for and get referrals. The founder of Results Seminars, Marks has been working in the training industry for more than 30 years in sales and sales management, and is the author of the best-selling book, “Managing for Sales Results.”
On July 29, seminar participants will have the opportunity to “Meet the Technician.” The session is designed to inform the Quad Cities business community about the latest in communications and technology.
“Investing in technology can bring a whole host of advantages,” said QCBN Publisher Troy Bix. “No matter the size of the company, technology can increase profits, streamline processes, take professionalism to a higher level and open up new markets.”
