Prescott Seeking Input on Development Fees

In conformance with Arizona Revised Statutes §9-463.05, the City of Prescott is releasing the Draft Impact Fee Report for public comment.  The Draft Impact Fee Report and associated documents have been posted to the City website at http://cityofprescott.net/services/building/impact_fee.php. On Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 3:00 pm the City of Prescott will be holding a public hearing on the Draft Impact Fee Report. The public is welcome to attend this meeting which will be held at City Hall at 201 South Cortez Street.
