The Landings of Prescott Valley is unique in so many ways. Here’s a brief overview, but please plan a visit soon so you may see for yourself.
We offer assisted living, secured assisted living and independent living, all in one beautiful, single-level new building. The Landings of Prescott Valley has 13 different floor plans, from studios and semi-private layouts to spacious one-bedrooms. There is a floor plan to meet just about every need.
Many of our apartments have their own access to our beautiful courtyards. We have three courtyards (yes, three!) and an outdoor dining area. Some of the courtyards will have a fountain and a fire pit, and a gardening area, and are fully furnished, including rocking chairs. What a perfect space to enjoy our beautiful weather, meet your new neighbors and spend time with family, all while social distancing.
After enjoying some outside time, our seniors can come inside to their own apartment, where they control the heating or cooling. It’s just a matter of personal preference. The building’s air handlers continually push fresh air through the entire building, creating a healthier environment. Of course, we are a non-smoking building.
If the thought of packing and hauling furniture seems overwhelming, please know that all the apartments at The Landings of Prescott Valley are fully furnished, including TV hook-ups. Our residents bring their treasured items to complete their new home and make it truly theirs.
One more unique aspect of our community is circadian lighting. We are the only senior community in the area to offer this. The amazing benefits of circadian lighting will be my column topic for next month, so don’t miss it.
